I can't Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0?

I keep try to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 but it keeps saying that it can't be uninstalled because it would affect other applictions.
After that it says "Fatal Error during Installation"

That's right - many applications rely on the .NET Framework, so why do you want to uninstall it? You first have to uninstall every program that depends on .NET.
