okay so I downloaded a free trail of Microsoft office 2007 Professional from their website and now i have the real Microsoft office enterprise and i want to install that but i can’t unless I uninstall professional and when i go to add and remove programs, I highlight Microsoft office 2007 Professional and click remove, and my cursor turns into the little hour glass like its going to do something but then it goes back to normal and doesn’t do anything. it won’t uninstall!!
and it’s just with that program because every other program does give me the uninstall option when i click remove.
what do I do???

ill tell you what i had the same problem, i hated microsoft 2007 so bad that i’d prefer 2003. I tried uninstalling it but it wouldn’t let me .
What you have to do if re-boot your computer and press f12. It should start up in safe mode, uninstall it from there. Then restart your computer properly and there you go..

First try search and see if its hidden in a file..if not..
Try Regedit and take it from the registry..but carefully
choose all programs, then click “run” the type “regedit” into the box. then click and go into the registry and look for it. Be very careful what you delete from the registry..it cannot be undone if you make a mistake

This is the name of a very good uninstaller program, it is called Z Soft uninstaller, also if you have’nt tried it go to control panel and then add or remove programs and a list of installed programs will appear. After the list is populated click on what you want to uninstall.
