I Can’t Uninstall The Windows Language Interafce Pack (LIP)!?

hey, I installed a Bulgarian Interface Pack on my computer (without actually knowing what the consequences would be) and now i cant get rid of it!
I tried the traditional way via Control Panel \ Remove Programs but it won’t let me - Fatal Error During Installation (that’s the message i get for my troubles…! :( )

can anyone tell me how to fix this or is reinstalling my windows (i just had it done the other day - blue screen error *weep* ) the only way? *sob*

P.S - what really tics me off is that if there was such a fatal error why did it continue the installation process..?!

      You can’t Remove the LIP from Add / Rrmove Program

      However it can be Un installed using Regional and Language settings
