I cant uninstall this program..HELP?

i know how to basically uninstall a program - control panel > add or remove programs

but on my laptop its different, its "control panel> programs and features> uninstall or change a program And then uninstall/change/repair.

it still works though, just a bit different.
anyways… im trying to remove a program i installed before which doesnt work ( Free Realms Installer by Sony online Entertainment ) and it says " error writing temporary file. Make sure your temp folder is valid.
I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS D:

I think its sharing a file with windows and the only way to remove it is to edit your registry…….not for the faint hearted tho’ .
