I was trying to install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 update to my computer. It didn’t work so I got on the Microsoft website and spoke to someone through their online help. This person walked me through the steps of installing the update, which included removing my anti virus program (McAfee). They also told me to do other things in order to install this update. Now, my computer is running slow and I don’t have my anti virus program (that I had a subscription to) and the update didn’t even install. I temporarily installed the 90 day free trial of McAfee because my computer is hooked up to my college’s network and I need virus protection. Can someone please help me get my subscribed anti virus program back, possibly install the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 update and help me get my computer to run faster?
I’d greatly appreciate ANY help! Thank you ![]()
