I donwloaded the mypoints toolbar but I got no points for it, why and what do I do?

They are not even pending. They just were not rewarded. I also signed up for this health thing, a home depot account, and a my viewpoints account and left a review. I got no points for those. It doesn't even show up on recent activities. All of them but the last one shows up on Recent Activities but there are no points earned by them. I currently have 380 points and I am seriously desperate for my Starbucks Gift card.
