Of course most of these offers that can fix your registry are bound to do more damage and I know this, but after several hours of attempting to get my XP to recognize my usb ports I gave in to what I thought was a legit registry repair download. I have no way of paying for anything online and couldn't install anything that would cost me money so I looked high and low for an absolutely free install.
Well, many are free to install and run, but NOT fix the problems. Unfortunately my first download I cannot remember who it was, but I do recall the logo- like four equal colorful circles arranged in a square ( like a four-square). I think the colors were blue and maybe an off green. Anyway, if I could figure out who this was maybe I can do an uninstall?
Finally, I loaded CA registry and anti-virus etc. I HATE IT!!! It was a 30 day free trial. It is on my computer now and in my attempts to stop it from loading I inadvertently x'ed out of the temporary liscense code! Now what??UNinstall?
