When your computer is starting keep tapping the F8 key.
When the menu comes up choose start in safemode without networking.
Then uninstall the program and choose a restore point for your computer that is before you installed that program.

As soon as you start you reboot, click on the key F8 on your keyboard, keep clicking until your monitor comes up with, last good configuration, safe mode, etc. etc. Use your cursor on your keyboard to move upto safe mode, and then enter with your keyboard. The safe mode screen is going to look very very strange, ignore this and remove cyber defender from your system with your add/remove. Or you can try going to your tray, start, accessories, system tools, and open restore. And find a date that will allow you to restore your system prior to installing cyber defender.
And then reboot as you would usually.
Now I recommend after that you install this software.

Where did you download this? If you downloaded for free and THEN it started messing up, then you either downloaded a disguised virus from the makers of Cyber Defender because you are supposed to pay for it, or the protector is shutting off your computer to keep a hacker from your system. What I would do is try to keep the system running long enough to delete the protector. After you delete it, open the recycle bin and dump it. That should take care of the problem. If you want protection, then download ZoneAlarm, Avira Anti Vir, and Spybot Search and Destroy. That should fix the problem. You could also just wait it out. It should stop doing it eventually, I think.

Do you have an anti virus?
Do you know how to reformat your computer?
If not i suggest you bring your cpu to a technician or an IT worker.

I had a similar problem when fixing a laptop for a friend. If you can remove it through safe mode well and good but if it still doesn’t allow you to remove it, like it did with me, try this.
Navigate to the problem folder. My Computer - C: - Program Files - Cyber Defender. Just delete the folder and all its content and it should stop it from turning off. You probably should delete the registry entries also but this can be very delicate work and could rendering windows unusable. I’ll post how to edit the reg entries if you want but I’d recommend leaving it. You shouldn’t have any problems once you delete just the folder.
Hope that helps

bring your cpu to a it technician…….? (the cpu is just the micro processor and there would not be a virus on that) lol. Just boot into safemode by pressing f8 then type msconfig into the run command then go to startup and disable all.
Now restart computer go onto internet and download malware bytes and run a full system scan.
