they wont come off. norton didnt detect them and mcafee only noticed the blue-jokescreen and says it removes it but it comes back. and 3 items keeps adding shortcuts to my desktop. error cleaner, privacy protector and spyware and malware protection. i put them in the recycle bin and delete and there there next time i turn on my laptop. i cant get on the net hardly. when i do it wont let me go to certain sites. it says im not the administrator when i am and i dnt wanna pay for additional things to remove this. i tried safe mode to take it off of the start up and delete it but it doesnt work. can someone plz help. anythng is appreciated.

IF YOU CAN GET AVAST HOME FREE EDITION AND DO BOOT SCAN, IT SCANS YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE IT BOOTS TO ITS FULL POINT AND DELETES IT BEFORE IT STARTS UP,,AND ALSO CHECK THE ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS(control panel) AND SEE IF THERE IN THERE IF THEY ARE UNINSTALL THEM
