It’s not there at all, I checked into installed programs, zilch!
Also, when I want to log off, I used to put on prolonged sleep. After XP reinstallation, I only have “sleep” option.
Where did these two go?
Prolonged sleep shuts the pc completely, you press shift + sleep at the same time to do so.
My pc is an antique Dell Dimension 2400(!)

Word Perfect is a separate program requiring a separate installation. I’ve never heard of “prolonged sleep”, but sleep should do the same thing.

If you reinstalled Windows, you will have to reinstall programs you had added to the machine like WordPerfect. That is not part of Windows.
If it came with your machine you may have a CD or a restore disk that you can reinstall from.

What brand name and model# computer do you have? Is the XP installation CD a recovery CD from the computer manufacturer, or retail copy of Windows XP?
Computer manufacturers sometimes only send the basic CD media along w/computer…
EDIT: Device drivers on Dell Systems are proprietary. Which means they have to be installed in a particular order, after the XP base operating system installation. Also, if you purchased the DIM 2400 after 2004 they usually shipped these systems w/o the subsequent CD software. Dell incorporated all necessary software into the hidden "PC Restore" partition on your hard drive. If you deleted this partiton during your re-install of XP operating system? It's irretrieveable.
You have to upload all current Microsoft updates, as well.
