i have a antivirus 360 that entred into my comp while i was downloading an auto backup s/w i cant uninstall it?

the autobackup is called memeo.i have tried to use malwarebytes anti malware but the pop up keeps on interfering with its processes,please advice.memeo autoback is in the control panel but cannot be removed,whereas antiviruse 360 is not even appearing in the control panel

      it will be a rough anti virus

      to remove first get malwarebytes anti malware from here http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant… install it, update it and now reboot your computer.

      as soon as you turn your computer on keep on pressing the F8 key rapidly, a menu should come up, select safe mode using the arrow keys and then press enter.

      logon as normal and run malwarebytes anti malware and run a full scan

      once its found the malware follow the instructions to remove it

      restart your pc into normal mode

      now get pc tools spyware docter starter from google pack http://pack.google.com

      update it and run a scan and ur done

      do you have virus protection? if not go to http://www.free-av.com

      install and update
