Any suggestions? I believe the virus pop up is called spy searcher. It blocks my screen and I can't uninstall it. My anti Virus (Norton) can find it but not remove it.

norton is rubbish
realoly it is
if you dont renew it, it doest do anytthing
search on you computer for the name of the virus
or search spy searcher
then delete all the files associated with it
dont install the software
what ever you do
as it is hijacked and rouge software
just do spyware checks
Spyware Doctor, from PC tools is a good peice of software, and its FREE
http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/
deletes ad-ware like this
which is what you got
do regular checks pal, and you will be good to go, like 1-3 min. every week.
