I have a question about Kaspersky 2009?

I have Kaspersky 2009, I make full scan, now when I click on Kaspersky then I click on detected, It brings up detected treats It gives the date, time, all vulnerability, and then says very dangerous. What I suppose to do with it? ok It says on the bottom to disinfect all, I can’t click on disinfect all cause it’s in white color,and also it says quarantine.but in yellow color ! do I suppose to click in this case only on quarantine cause the only option in yellow color ?
If so, Now I click on quarantine it open small window says:
Open File name: !! What I suppose to do ! does it suppose to do that by it self??
* How can I quarantine the files?
after I do that it will fixed completely? if no how I fixed completely ?
