i have a slow computer! any help?

My computer has been running very slow
when it restarts it’s fine for about 10 minutes,
but then it just runs slow after that and just keeps getting slower until i restart it
any help on how to fix this?

      your C,D,E, or F drives are probably full. Try deleting some documents, so that u have more space. that happened to my computer and i erased like half of what i had on it, and its working fine now.
