I have a trend micro security problem?

my trend micro shows that it is turned off. when I try to open it there is a flash that is about to load but it doesn’t. I want to turn it ion but I don’t know how. I tried to do it on my "security center control’ but for some reason it is not allowing me to turn it on for some reason. it shows what kind of security i have but it wont let me turn it on. I looked at the website but I don’t think i looked right. my trend micro security has not expired as well
can anyone help me turn on my trend micro security.
