use Eset Nod32. Norton doesn’t protect you from as many viruses as Eset Nod32 does.

I personally recommend Kaspersky and Nod32. They do a really thorough scan without hassle. =D And the programs let you delete the viruses without a problem.

Just D.I.Y
Usually,Norton display the location of the file, run a scan again to get the location. Then,go to the location and delete the virus. But,maybe in your case, that trojan horse is not visible, then you point your cursor to the menu bar there
Tool>Folder Option…>View>Select show hidden files
Then delete it,make sure you also delete the virus in the Recycle bin.
In some cases, the virus itself can connect to the internet and download the bigger, badder virus file or it cannot be delete because it is running. So,CTRL+ALT+DELETE to bring up a Task manager then in the Process tab, stop the process’s which are same name to the virus then ASAP go back and delete the virus. The virus may trigger again so,reboot your computer in that process press F8 and select Safe Mode and try that Fast-Delete again.
