Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop from: http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.

At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to the following:

      Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
      Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

      Then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Go to the update tab, and check for updates once more just to be safe.
Once the program has loaded, reboot into Safe Mode.

This can be done tapping the F8 key as soon as you start your computer
You will be brought to a menu where you can choose to boot into safe mode.
Make sure you choose the option without networking support.
Please see http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html for additional details.

Once your computer is booted into safe Mode, open Malware Bytes and select 'Perform Full Scan,' then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
      Shutdown, and boot normally.

Did this fix your problem? If not, send me an e-mail at Malware_Bytes@Yahoo.com and I'll help you ASAP.

Trend Micro have updated their definition files which include troj_tibs.ckn
Also look in Task Manager and end any unnecessary processes.
      Scan online with Housecall:

Try this guide. It’s very indepth and intricate but as it goes, by using programs like Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware it should help you to remove the trojan from the computer:

restore your system to a point BEFORE your were infected with this trojan.

Start > Programs > Accessories, System Tools > System Restore > select a date BEFORE this program was installed. Follow the prompts.
