I have a virus and McAfee Security Center Help please!?

Okay so here is the deal my thumbdrive stopped working after using ti at school I know my sisters (who go to a different school) got a virus on their thumbdrives from school also got a virus. I scanned my computer with the thumb drive out and it said all clean I plugged it in and it said i had i virus. After a scan i went to the “view results” screen it said I had a virus known as E:\Autorun.inf the type is virus and the status is scan after restart. there are no actions under “I want to…” how do i get rid of it. Please help thank you very much.
