As long as your computer is strong enough to handle them all running at the same time, running an antivirus real time scanner and a spyware real time scanner shouldn’t present any problems. Just make sure that Super and MalwareBytes real time protections aren’t running together.

Yes it is a very good combination of anti virus - and anti spyware programs. You know it is better not to have more than one anti virus on you computer, but recommended to have more than one anti spyware programs.
There is one anti virus you can run together with any other anti virus program
