i have got trojan on my pc?

i just found that i have aTrojan virus on my PC, i downloaded the latest Trojan remover but the problem is that my Norton won’t let Trojan remover access some files, so i decide to uninstall Norton but it won’t. please how remover the Trojan without installing a window OS? its messing up my registry. help anybody.
