i have installed windows vista twice on 2 different hard disks how can i uninstall one of them ?

i have installed windows vista operating system on my computer again cuz i thought it got deleted or something and when i installed it again i installed it on another hard disk portion so it didnt over write on the first one and now i have 2 windows vista everytime i boot my laptop i have to choose the old one so how can i uninstall the new. P.S im using the old one now and i formated the other hard disk portion but still ?! thanks

Log in through the best one.
Just delete the folder containing the 2nd one.
