I have just installed a new Norton 2008 in my PC. Do I need/want to keep running my Spybot Search & Destroy?

August 18th, 2008 · 5 Comments

My Norton Antivirus 2008 has complete antivirus coverage. It includes spyware, virus and worm protection by detecting and removing those and other dangerous threats.

Unless they seem to conflict, I’d say keep them both. I’ve seen my Spybot catch things Norton didn’t when I had Norton. Granted, it wasn’t 2008, but anyway. Unless you’re worried about disk space, or processing power, it shouldn’t hurt anything.
