I have Kaspersky 2009 Internet security how do I get rid of the "Vulnerabilities"?

It wont let me disinfect them or quarantine them.
I uninstalled all the adobe and flashplayers but I still have them as Vulnerabilities. Why?
Can I just right click and select, "Open folder where file was initially located" and delete all that is in that folder?

Adobe and flash player as vulnerabilities?
These two are not vulnerabilities.
Also what do you mean by saying flashplayerS. how many flash players do you have. Safe to download the one only from http://www.adobe.com
