Whenever I do a scan a few things will come up saying there's a virus or a malaware item on my computer, but it's not letting me disinfect or quarantine them. Is there a way to do this that I'm not seeing? I should be able to highlight them all and either disinfect or quarantine them, but the button to do either doesn't light up. Any suggestions?
I paid for it. I bought the discs about a month ago.

Did you need to type in a ID code that came with the disk? If so then you need to have that before your disk will be registered as yours.
