i have Mcafee security center in my notebook. i can't update it, it says i m not connected to web.?

i have tried reinstalling it many times. and one more thing is that i was using kaspersky and it got blacklisted 2 weeks ago and now i m using mcafee but can't update it it says internet not connected though i can browse other site but i can't open any antivirus site. what shuld i solve this
