I have Norton 2008 Internet Security installed in my laptop by the previous owner who sold it to me on ?

“as is, where is” basis. It has its key at the back of the pc. My problem is that it tells me “In bound firewall - SECURE” & “Phishing protection - SECURE. But on the virus status it says “Virus Protection AT RISK”. If i click the Virus Protection, it tells me “Antivirus Turned OFF. Turn this program ON.” Now how do i turn the program ON? I dont see any button for this. Neither do i see any button to Enable/Disable Norton. Please help me someone. Thank you.
