Problems like this may happen due to a bad cache. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-13.html .
If that does not help, go to the Norton site. Click on the HELP link and find their contact information. Email or phone them. They are the only ones that can do this for you.
