I have trend micro pc-cillin virus protection software?

My question is how do I get rid of the virus when I do a virus search. They only allow me to delete it and not quarnitne the file. What can I do to delete the spyware cookies?

      My Micro Pc-cillin internet security has detected a spyware application (mal hifrm) on my pc. The file has been quarantined. How do I delete this file.?
