First enable the facility to view hidden folder and files in folder options under tools.Next go to my computer>windows>windows32 .You will see hidden files which are like lighter than normal folders.Download and run IceSword. Kaspersky may alert you about "Suspicious Driver Installation"; Allow it.
Click "File" on the bottom left and locate C/System32/(filename)
Right-click it and click "Force delete".
Is it gone? If it is, restart your computer. Is it still gone or has it reappeared? If not then there is no option but you need to re-install your WINDOWS XP as the trojan has affected the windows 32 file or the core file of your system.
