i have vista, my internet explorer shuts in the middle of a session.?

this is annoying, my explorer shuts down in the middle of a session with a message of "windows is shutting down explorer and will restart session" whats up with that? does it everytime, i tried to restart my computer and doent help, HELP!!

      download and use Fire Fox from the web link below.. it is faster, very secure. set it up to delete all the cookies, history, and your private details on logging of the net.. read the help file on how to set it up.. once installed down load the add on's for fire fox
