The error message is:
Task ‘whitedevil555@optusnet.com.au - Sending’ reported error (0×800CCC7D) : ‘Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.’

Hello
Outlook email SSL problems
Open IE-> Tools -> internet options -> content -> Clear SSL State
Then turn off the outlook, then you can use the open
