My desktop is emachines. i am trying to restore my windows but i have been recieving an error message which says:
CANNOT OPEN R:\E17F.GHO
after that i press OK then i am receiving another message:
GHOSTERR.TXT
and another message:
Invalid dump file if this problem persists contact symantec tech support.
my ghost version is an old one version 7
Please, help me how to avoid this error message and continue restoring my windows xp.
I am trying to restore the windows xp from the two CD's which i got them when i bought the computer

try using the windows cd if you have 1 or u could ask the company you have ur comp from to give u 1.
if u say that ur antivirus is old u could try getting a new one.. that would cost, but it worths if u want ur comp back
