i installed norton nis 2009 and now cannot remote connect to server?

installed nis on server, user from other location cannot remote desktop connect now.??? is there a setting in norton that i need to change??

      You need to open up the firewall. It's probably blocking all connections in.

      If you're using RDP, you'll need to open port 3389 in. Otherwise, you'll need to find out what ports the software you're using to remote in uses, and open that up in Norton's firewall.

      uninstall norton and try to get your money back

      it is useless

      use avast antivirus instead
