and can anyone tell me why every time i put it to scan it freezes and i don’t know why so can any one tell me how to stop that and how to quarantine Trojans,viruses or anything else and anything else you think i need to know tell me i would appreciate it and also why does my computer shut down without telling me,usually happens when someone plays games but other than that it turns off by itself

hmm thats weird. yeah i got kaspersky about 3 months ago. it was kind of frustrating at first, but then i got used to it. i have it set to do automatic updates everyday, i think. and it makes the computer slightly slow, but i dont think its frozen on me. see what settings you have it set on, it might be set to restart after every scan? not sure
