I just Downloaded new Version of Limewire today,and i have mcafee?

Limewire Version 5.2.13 (Aug.1,09). Security with Comcast. When i tried to open Limewire it said unable to initalize, unable to start when i went into Mcafee it said everything is protected. What should i do to get Limewire To Open and work correctly.
