First I installed the expensive anti-virus Norton 360, but now I can't even visit the Norton site, it gives me an error Internet Explorer cannot display the web page. HELP!!! So my Norton 360 can't get Activated or updates. I can browse the internet okay, I just can't access the Symantec/Norton website.
Can anyone HELP ME? Something is blocking this site and I don't know how to unblock. I only have 15 days left to activate, after that I'm SOL.

Try un-installing and then installing it again.

We’ve done the uninstalling & reinstalling without success. We were removing Antivirus 209 at the time. Would that affect it? It updated fine on our other machine, just not this one.
