And if I use an application that is too much then the internet windows close and it’s getting very frustrating. I already did a disk clean up. What can I do to fix this? Thanks
I already have two extra things of memory and only programs I need like microsoft office.

In order to help you we need to know two things:
Which version of Windows, XP or Vista? (I’m betting Vista.)
And HOW MUCH memory? (”extra things” don’t mean anything - you could have 512MB of memory with “extra things”.)
If you have less than 2GB of memory and you’re running Vista, you need more memory. (4GB would be even better.)
And you shouldn’t be running Office when you’re not using it - it takes a lot of memory. You shouldn’t be running ANY program you’re not using. Every running program (running, not just on the disk) slows the computer a little.
