OK right now I have Norton Internet Security 2007 and that's not very good. I thought it was okay, and it didn't detect any viruses on my computer, but then my computer started acting up so I downloaded a free virus scanner (FREE) and it detected viruses that Norton didn't. Now I'm done with my virus scanner/virus remover/firewall (I don't want to get each one separate from different companies) and I wanted to know if there was another one I can get that had better protection. Is McAfee better? Or would the 2008 version of Norton be what I need? Do they not update the 2007 version after the 2008 version comes out? because that's ridiculous that my virus scanner didn't detect a fairly obvious virus. The virus that I have is called Vundo, and also there's 2 'Hijacker' problems on my computer, and I want to make sure that the new virus remover will take care of that.
I will gladly pay it doesn't have to be free. (Preferably under $80 for one year)

I am using Windows Live OneCare. Its of course created by Microsoft.. but dont let that fool you.. it is a great program. not only does it protect your pc it also tunes it up.. makes it faster and lets you back up your computer in case of a crash.
I have used pretty much all antivirus programs..
If I dont use windows live one care Id use either zonealarm or Trend Micro.
WIndows live onecare is 50.00 on there website but you can get it for 39.00 at wal mart.
ITs for 3 computers.
