ok well i dnt know why but a couple of days ago it kept popping up when i start my comp. it might be cause my mom downloaded realplayer so i deleted it but
everytime i put my mp3 player in my comp it doesnt recgonize it so i cant recharge or put new music up and this is the message it gives me everytime…..

Looks like that file either got corrupted or got deleted somehow. Either way, don't fret. If it's missing, make it not missing by putting it back where it's supposed to be.
