I need help removing an CA Anti-Spyware thing that is "corrupt and unreadable" help!?

It says
" The file or directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CA\eTrustPestPatrol\cappexe.ini is corrupt and undreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility.

well i go to run..type chkdsk..and its saying its removing all corrupt files
BUT
IT STILL KEEPS SHOWING UP!
can someone tell me how to remove this please
it pops up every 3 seconds, literally
