i need help with Kaspersky anti virus!!?

ok so i did a full scan on of my comp with Kaspersky anti virus and i get a list of all the viruses and i can either quarantine them or disinfect all and i cant disenfect them cuz it is unclickable. im getting very stressed i dont know how to quarantine them and the help icon doesnt help with this and these virus's are trojans so im so stressed plz help me. thanks

Get Malwarebytes or Superantispyware and run full scans with them. There's hardly anything out there that these two can't handle. They're both free too.
