ok i was looking at my system info on windows it has this :
total physical memory: 1,534.48 MB
available physical memory: 1,016.39MB
total virtual memory: 2.00GB
available virtual memory:1.96GB
page file space: 3.35BG
i dont get what page file space is and i really want to know if i have alot of memory left or no if you could explain in detail how good off i am or bad off i am with my memory that would be great thank you

you have 1.5 Gig physical. With 1 Gig free.
The rest is pretty standard. The numbers you quote are perfectly normal for a modern computer.
The Pagefile is basically the Virtual Memory the computer uses. IE a portion of the hard disk where it writes information from memory to that isnt changing that often to keep as much physical memory free as possible for the stuff that is currently in use or constantly changing.
