I need to re-installing my mcafee security on my computer, but problem..!?

I had to un-install mcafee security for various reasons because it wasn't working right. I talked to comcast and they said i should re-install and it should be up and running once i re-install. But the thing is, its not letting me re-install it for some reason. Why is this? What do i need to do..??
