You can either renew the subscription with McAfee through the software/website or you can purchase a different virus protection software. THat is if you want to pay for protection.
If you are like me, you can choose a free software like Avast. It is rated very highly and is totally free for personal use. All you have to do is register it and you are done. Here is a link:

Uninstall Mcafee. I used it for a year, and I think it’s awful.
Get Norton Internet Security 2010, it’s amazing and takes very little processing power to work.

Mcafee??? Uninstall it and go with AVG or Avast. It’s free and it works!
