I put basic encryption on most of my documents on the school network (dont ask why, cos I dunno) and now…?

…It's all blocked and even the admin cannot access it. He says he never changed any network settings - and I could access everything fine for more than a year, but suddenly I cant.

Dont give me a direct solution, give me a possible reason and then maybe I can think of a solution. Please.
I've tried removing the encryption but it just fails and shows an error message…
Any idea will do, as long as its an okay idea
