I renew my my trend micro antie virus protection before it expired and a day later I try to log on to my computer and it said the it could not log me in to my profile it said that it had insufficient resources and it log me in to a default profile so I crated a another profile and a couple of days later it happen again the laptop runs fine I can go on line so I can still use it but every time I go to get up dates it say that I have the latest update and I run scans and it say that I am protected I don’t know what could be wrong with it its only a year old my friend said that I should erase all that’s in the computer and install it again

Your best bet is to not to pay for antivirus. I use AVG antivirus, the free version, I used it for 9 years and never had a problem.
