I have a tiny business so I wanted more protection so, I recently upgraded to Zone Alarm Security Suite from Zone Alarm Pro. I paid for the package deal.
I also have AVG. (free Ed.) Should I just cancel AVG or disable ZA virus? I know you shouldn't have both running. Since I paid for the Security Suite it seems like I should get everything it offers. Which means I should use the virus protection it offers instead of AVG. But I've heard such good things about AVG. I don't know what to do.

The anti-virus component of ZoneAlarm uses Kaspersky as its antivirus engine. Kaspersky is generally considered to be one of the top two or three anti-virus apps in the world.
Mostly n00bs, the naive, the computer illiterate, and children use AVG Free. People of their ilk love AVG because they say it is easy to use and almost never bothers them with any pop-ups or warnings. Of course AVG Free never bothers them, it hardly ever finds any virus to warn them about!
You must only use one anti-virus. Un-install AVG.
This is what a Microsoft MVP has to say about the subject. You may also want to consider reading her entire web-page on "How to prevent Malware". It is one of the best that I have seen.
