I use Bright House! They installed Trend Micro Antivirus, and I was wondering if I should change it!?

I was wondering if Trend Micro Antivirus, is any good, or if I should switch, to a different Free Antivirus program, that is any better!? Also, can you recommend any free Antispiware Programs, that are good ones and if you can provide some links for me?Any opinions, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
