I have gotten multiple trojans from trying to install malwarebytes. ( i believe, cus the appeared when i did a full scan on my computer using this, I think malware deleted Sumthing saying Windows security)
Now My symnatec found these while using auto protect.
Multiple trojans in The system volume information.
Also The files are in locations i with extensions that appear to not exist on my computer.
NOw What i Have done is I have TURNED OFF SYSTEM RESTORE.
Yet the symnatec antivirus says its Still infected.
Also Using note pad i made commands to delete the extensions in which the Trojans where Located. It still says the files are infected the trojans are inn sum Extension lik \\//[trojan Name].exe
Another thing is ive ran multiple full system scans and they wont detect the threat.
I Ithen tried Quarintineing Sum files That turn out to be infeected with a macros. The virus it comes up with is named GLP. And it has no link to it like other viruses usually do that lead to information on symnatec.
I cant seem to delte any of the Trojan Horses. Only 2 of them i was able to delte succefuly.
I looked in the HKEYS's for the virus names and could find nothing.
I also looked in c:\windows\win.ini and found nnothin'.
What is wrong with this please i am open to suggestions.
Also if you see any misleading advice, or comments that are npot answers please report em. Im looking for serious answers. Thankyou And have a nice day

Malwarebytes wouldn't have given you viruses. Try going into safe mode with networking and download it again. Update it and run a full scan with it (while still in safe mode). Malwarebytes usually knocks viruses dead. You may also want to try Spybot or Superantispyware. All free at download.com. If something gets past these three, then there is something else wrong.
Not to mention symantec, in my experience, has a tough time getting rid of viruses. I've since gotten rid of that and now use Avast.
