We have always used Trend Micro Anti-virus w/ Anti-Spyware and never had any issues with anything! We renewed our subscription about 2 weeks ago, and since then I have noticed it can not update itself! I have the settings on the software the same as before, I have not changed anything with my computer. When I try to have it run the update it will say…. unable to update your protection. Make sure you internet connection work and check your Proxy Settings before trying again. Why would it ask to do this when it never did before? My internet connection works fine, and I think the Proxy Settings are good, I have tried changing, or switching and NOTHING WORKS! I need to have someones opinion!!! HELP!!!!!!

open trend and click on help and support, then click on product help,click on download updates,then revert to last known good configuration,but first i would make sure your proxy settings are on,i had this same problem last week and found out an update turned my proxy off , i turned it back on and it works fine.
